FitPrep

FitPrep is a healthy food ordering and subscription platform designed to help people align their meals with their fitness goals, nutritional needs and everyday routines. The platform brings together meal selection, calorie and dietary personalisation, recurring subscriptions and delivery management in one experience.

My work on FitPrep focused on translating a nutrition-led food service into a functional digital product, spanning product requirements, customer journeys, information architecture and the in-app menu experience. The product was designed to accommodate different nutritional goals, dietary preferences and health-related needs while making meal selection and ordering straightforward for customers.

Beyond the customer-facing experience, FitPrep required a coordinated operating model connecting customers, commercial partners, administrators and food fulfilment. The product design therefore considered both the customer journey and the operational workflows needed to support subscriptions, order management and service delivery.
